Shipping

•Shipping and handling prices vary by weight,
so please call for an estimate.

•All animals are shipped directly to your door
and Delta is used for Airport pick-up.

•Live arrival can only be guaranteed when temperatures in route are between 40-80° F.
•We are NOT responsible for carrier delays.

•Claims due to carrier error are to be handled by the carrier,
 and are not the responsibility of Cold Blooded Pets.
Guarantee

•We guarantee all of our animals for a live arrival.
Notification of dissatisfaction must be made within 4 hours after receipt of shipment.

•Customer Must be home to sign for all animal packages
 or all guarantees are Null and Void !!!

•Any DOA animals must be kept (in the freezer) until  otherwise notified.
